Top up your balance in Fromni Chatbots

For chatbot payment, you first need to go to our application.

Initial tariff activation
A trial period begins upon registration. For further use, you must activate a tariff plan.
1. To set up a tariff, you can either use the “Manage” option in the top menu or the “Payment/Tariffs” tab in the main menu.
2. The page with the tariff plan settings will open (click on the arrow to see a detailed description of the tariff).
3. The price of the tariff depends on two factors:

  • number of subscribers: contacts to whom you sent a message this month;
  • number of months.
4. After setting the tariff, click Next and confirm your action.
5. In the new window, you will see three blocks:

  • Order, where you can check the selected tariff;
  • Billing account, where you need to select one of the confirmed accounts or create a new one;
  • Selection of payment method
6. If all fields are filled out, you can click on the Proceed with payment button:

  • When selecting Bank Card as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Stripe window, where you will need to enter your card details and make the payment. Additionally, at this stage, you can set up automatic payments.
7. After payment, the tariff will be activated in your personal account, where you will see:
Activation of the tariff will also be displayed in the “Payment/Tariffs” tab -> Transactions history.
Chage plan
You can change your plan at any time: go to Payment/Tariffs -> Plan and click Change plan. The rest of the process is the same as when you first activated your plan. The new plan will start immediately after the payment is successfully charged.
Balance top-up
You can top up your balance without subscribing to a tariff plan.
1. Click on the Add funds button in the top menu.
2. In the new window, you will see two sections:

  • Billing account, where you need to select one of the confirmed accounts or create a new one;
  • Selection of payment method
3. If all fields are filled out, you can click on the Proceed with payment button:

When selecting Bank Card as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Stripe window, where you will need to enter your card details and make the payment. Additionally, at this stage, you can set up automatic payments.
Setting up a billing account
The billing account is used to identify the user paying for the service.

When you top up your balance for the first time or activate a plan, you will need to add your billing account details.
The last name and first name fields will be filled in automatically with data from your personal account as well as the country (these fields can be changed if necessary).
If you need to update or edit your payment account, please contact your account manager.
Automatic top-up
This feature ensures regular and timely payment of your tariff plan.
When topping up your balance using a bank card, you can set up automatic payments. To do this, in the payment method selection:

  • Activate Automatic top-up;
  • Enter the top-up amount;
  • Enter the amount at which an automatic payment will be made when your balance reaches that amount (we recommend setting the amount equal to your subscription fee).
  • Make the payment and auto-payment will be active. Information about its settings can be found in the Payment/Tariffs -> Automatic top up section.
Transactions history
Once the tariff is activated, the Transactions History section becomes available in the Payment/Tariffs tab. It displays the entire transaction history: debits, credits, tariff activation, payments.
