Fromni Chatbots allows you to invite users to your account*.
*This feature is only available for certain tariff plans. Please contact your manager for details.
Invite a new user
Depending on the activated plan, you can invite between 1 and 20 users.
1. Clicking “Invite a new user” will open a modal window where you need to fill out all the fields. The user will be automatically created based on this information, and an invitation will be sent to the specified email address.
2. Then, the invited user will need to follow the link and enter their login and password.
3. In their personal accounts, users will only have access to those tabs and actions for which they have been granted permission.
Roles and their access rights
The following roles are currently available: Account Owner, Administrator, Editor, Operator, and Accountant.
Account owner.
This role is automatically assigned to the account creator. This user cannot be deleted or disabled. They have a full list of permissions and access to the account.

Administrator.
This role has the same permissions as the account owner, i.e., full access to the account.

Editor.
This role is intended for creating and editing message templates, bot scenarios, and campaigns. The user will not have access to the Payment/Tariffs section, nor will they be able to download Campaign statistics.

Operator.
This role is intended for communicating with customers in the messenger. The user has full access to the messenger and the ability to view existing templates and scenarios — without the ability to edit them.

Accountant.
This role is intended for paying for tariffs and services, as well as tracking message statistics from the account. The user has full access to the Payment/Tariffs section, as well as Statistics with the ability to download it.
Messenger
Multiple users of the same account can communicate simultaneously in the messenger. The user who is currently having a conversation with a contact is considered active. Users who are viewing the conversation with a contact are considered observers.
Case 1 — there is an active user and observers.

The active user has access to the input field, and observers are displayed above.
For observers, the input field is not available and is completely replaced by the inscription Answered by (First and last name of the active user).
Case 2 — there are no active users, but there are observers.

The observer input field consists entirely of the “Start chatting” button, which the user clicks to become active. When you join the conversation, the user becomes active and you can write in the chat. The observer input fields are replaced with Answered by (Your First Name Last Name).
Case 3 — there are no active users and no observers.

When you join the conversation, the user becomes active, and you can write in the chat.
The active status is assigned to a user only if they are currently writing in the chat. Therefore, if there are no active users in the chat (but there are observers), the entry Answered by (First Name Last Name) will be missing from the contact card in the contact list in the left sidebar.
Each user can create their own folders and customize them in their own way (for more information about folders, please refer to the messenger).
