Templates builder
Templates are future texts that can be sent as automations. Texts can be with or without variables. If you use variables in your templates you can choose between those connected with Deal (title, value, currency etc.), Organisation or Activity.

Automations builder
There are three basic conditions for sending your automations:
Stage — what should happen with your deal on Pipeline
Text — what should be sent
Time — when that text should be sent

Manual messaging
The App gives the possibility to send manual messages. That can be done when you open the Deal, Contact or Organisation.

Statistics can be checked in the App. All the messages are collected inside the Logs tab of the App.

What are the prices for SMS
SMS pricing is based on the destination. We can give you fair pricing no matter what country you need us to cover for your messages. For example, SMS to Finland would cost 0,043 eur, to Sweden — 0,035 eur per SMS. Please contact our sales team to get more info about other directions and possible discounts.
How to get access to new destination countries
Not all the countries are opened for your account out of the box. We must follow local policies and rules so in some cases we need time to register you as our direct Customer in certain Cellular networks. Thus we guarantee high level delivery rates for your messages. To open new country for your account:

  1. Write us email to support@fromni.com
  2. Give us your login information and describe your problem.
  3. Our Customer care representative will process your message and we will keep you updated and let you know if additional information is needed.
